Terms of Service

The terms for using ATS Resume Forger. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

ATS Resume Forger reformats and rewrites an uploaded resume into an ATS-friendly document and returns it to you with a compatibility score. It is a self-service tool. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — there is no password. Keep access to that inbox, as it is how you reach your account and credits.

Credits & purchases

  • Hardening a resume costs 1 credit. Credits are sold in packs, priced in the store on the upload page.
  • Credits are tied to your account, not your browser, so they are available on any device you sign in from and survive clearing your cookies.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which issues the receipt and handles any applicable sales tax/VAT.

Refunds

If a harden fails for a technical reason, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. For other refund requests, contact us at the email below; refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy.

AI-generated output — review before use

The rewritten resume is produced by an automated AI model. It may contain errors, omissions, or wording you did not intend — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the result before using it. The ATS score shown is our own internal readability heuristic; it is not a guarantee that any specific employer's applicant-tracking system will accept or rank your resume.

Acceptable use

Upload only resumes you have the right to submit. Don't use the service to process content that isn't yours or to abuse the system (automated flooding, attempts to bypass credit limits, etc.).

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved.
